Ave's First Food
Averie ate her first rice cereal the other day (actually April 17th, so it's been a couple weeks, I know I'm a little slow, but I'm doing better!) She was funny! I don't know how much she actually got down. Most of it went in and came back out. She was trying but wondered a couple times what the heck this thing is I was stickin' in her mouth. She took it pretty well though! She's moved on to rice cereal and applesauce. . . (soon to be oatmeal.) I have to say she does like that a little better.

She is so cute! She looks so much like Clayton did at that age, doesn't she?
I tried rice cereal with Jesse the other day too. I'v ebeen lazy about keeping it up just because it is a little work when there is always so much going on! But, I think you are right, mine always seem to like eating much better when it is something other than rice cereal.
And good job on the quilting!!
