Trip to Idaho #1
Our annual summer trip to Utah and Idaho to visit family over there. We went to Salt Lake to spend a couple days with my brother Brant, Kristen and lil' Izak. Which was also over the Fourth of July. It was a blast!! They threw a great party on the fourth with lots of good food
and apple bobbing
Some happy faces from Izak and Carlie
swimmin'
chillin'!!
Fireworks Show!!

Waitin' for it to get dark enough for the show to start.Next, we made a quick trip down to Mt. Pleasant to visit Ben's Grandma Madsen. So fun to see Great Grandma again!! Wish we could've spent a little more time to see everyone.
This is the town of Preston, Idaho.

When we got to Preston, this is where Clayton spent a lot of his time. Grandpa Tom taught him how to drive the lawnmower, so he felt it was his duty to keep the grass mowed. Everyday. We didn't let him mow everyday, although he asked, we tried to put it off to at least every other day or more. That's such a funny picture, with the headphones/earplugs and goggles on.
Went hiking to the spring at Willow Flat

waiting for yummy dutch oven dinner to be done.Went swiming at the Logan Pool. I won't lie, I Love water slides!! Me and Brynn became good friends because I kept taking her down the slide. I loved it, she loved it, let's party!!
Don't ask me what that little girl on the left is doing!

And a quick trip throught the Logan Zoo with some of the cousins.Yay!!!!! And guess who came up to Preston to visit us!!! The Harris's!!! Our kids were good friends when they lived up by us, they were so excited to see each other! Me and Nancy got to sit and chat and catch up, while our kids PLAYED!!!
Oohh, Ashton and Goldie.
We had a little girls night out to celebrate my sis-in-law Lindsay's baby. Family Reunion at BEAR LAKE!!!
They guys football game in the water, quite entertaining!!
Ash and Car playin' in the sand.
Ave chillin' with Dad!
We stayed in these beautiful houses that had this great swing set, horseshoes, tennis courts, sand box, very relaxing.
Ben and his bro-in-law battling it out in horseshoes.
Here's our Madsen Family (those who were present, we were missing a few.)
A view at the houses, gorgeous!!

Wow Alexa! You guys did SO much stuff on that trip and you don't even seem one bit stressed, just like it was totally fun. I'm impressed! Think how nice it will be in a few years when no one even needs naps! :)
